Blessing Nkor is finally back doing what she does best! After a long goal drought, the Nigerian international returned to the scoresheet in stunning fashion, inspiring her team, Dynamo Brest, to a resounding victory over FK Gomel in the Belarusian Vysshaya Liga Women.
The Sunday clash at the Regional Sport Complex Brestskiy saw the Super Falcons star score four goals and provide an assist to lead the hosts to a 7-0 rout.
Remarkably, Nkor set the tone early by bagging a hat-trick within the opening 18 minutes of her flurry—her first hat-trick for the club—after netting in both halves.
The 22-year-old forward had been sidelined and out of the goalscoring picture for 93 days, having last found the back of the net on June 26, 2026, in a 4-0 away victory against Dyussh-Polesgu.
Since then, she endured a frustrating seven-match goal drought due to limited playing time. However, making her long-awaited return to the starting lineup, she fired on all cylinders to silence her critics.
The Nigerian forward has now notched 12 goals in nine league appearances this season, bringing her total goal contributions to 13 as she continues to underline her value to the Brest-based side.
The White and Blues delivered a completely dominant display against Gomel, spearheaded by Nkor’s sensational four-goal showcase.
Nkor opened the scoring in the 31st minute after capitalizing on a defensive error, dispossessing her opponent before coolly slotting home from a tight angle.
She doubled her side’s advantage just four minutes later, taking advantage of more porous defending from the visitors to snatch the ball and fire home.
She completed her hat-trick in the 49th minute, reacting quickest to a goalkeeper rebound to poke the ball into the net. Nkor then capped off her afternoon in the 63rd minute, rising highest to direct a powerful header into the net from a left-wing free-kick to put the game completely out of reach.
Ugandan international Shamirah Nalugya added to the damage in the 74th minute to make it 5-0, courtesy of an assist from Nkor.
The Nigerian picked up the ball in central midfield, outmuscled her marker, took four deliberate touches, and slipped a neat pass to Nalugya, who rounded both defender and goalkeeper to roll the ball into an empty net.
Marharyta Yurchuk added a sixth in the 83rd minute before Nalugya rounded off the scoring with her second of the afternoon two minutes later.
With this result, Nkor and her teammates consolidate second position with 43 points from 17 matches—holding a game in hand while sitting just one point behind league leaders Minsk.

Over in Mexico, Amina Bello continues to turn heads in the Liga MX Femenil Apertura. She recently found the back of the net once again, though her brilliant strike wasn’t enough to secure all three points for Atlético de San Luis Femenil against Tigres UANL.
Despite opening the scoring, Amina could only watch as Los Potosinos conceded their slim lead to settle for a 1-1 draw in the round 9 encounter.
After opening her account for the season on August 31 with the third goal in a 6-1 thrashing of Atlas, Amina has now registered her second goal of the campaign.

Adugbe put the visitors ahead five minutes before the half-hour mark after winning and converting a penalty. A long pass from the back landed deep in Pyrgos territory, and Adugbe outpaced two defenders to reach the ball before being upended by the goalkeeper.
Stepping up to take the penalty she won, the Nigerian striker confidently converted past the keeper, who guessed the right way but couldn’t keep it out.
Asteras took that 1-0 lead into halftime before Chrysoula Gatsiou sealed all three points in the 77th minute with a spectacular bicycle kick.
It marks back-to-back wins for Adugbe and the Arcadians, who previously thrashed Kifisia Women 6-0 in their league opener.
