The immediate past Managing Director of the Rivers State Signage and Advertising Agency (RISAA), Aye Pepple, has joined in celebrating the Amanyanabo and Natural Ruler of Grand Bonny Kingdom, His Majesty King Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple III, CON, DSSRS, JP Edward I, Perekule XI on the occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary.
