Kids Resource Centre Announces Literacy Summer Camp for Bonny Children

The Kids Resource Centre has unveiled plans for its highly anticipated 2024 Literacy Summer Camp, promising that it would be an enriching experience for children across Bonny Island.

Executive Director of the Centre, Deborah Mogho shared details of the programme on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 in an exclusive interview with Kristina Reports in Bonny, Rivers State.

She emphasized that the camp’s mission is to enhance children’s literacy skills, which, according to her, are vital for their future development.

“Our annual Literacy Summer Camp, established in 2022, continues to grow. It’s designed not only to bolster literacy but also to impart essential life skills.”

she disclosed that the programme, which is scheduled to hold from Monday, August 5 to Friday, August 16, caters to children aged three to twelve.

She urged parents to enroll their children, highlighting the transformative impact of the program.

“We want parents to seize this opportunity to prevent summer drain. This camp will be life-changing for your children.”
