Firm Calls on Rivers State Government to Probe Fraudulent Real Estate Companies

A Port Harcourt-based real estate firm, Primus City Estate has called on the Rivers State Government (RSG) to investigate fraudulent activities in the sector.
Chief Executive Officer of Primus City Estate, Kelvin Onwuli, made this call on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 during the launching of its permanent office in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

He assured citizens, especially, those resident in Rivers State, that his company prioritizes integrity and has a decade-long track record in the real estate business.
He explained that his call is necessitated by the increasing number of citizens who have lost money and properties to land grabbers, stressing that these are victims of scammers masquerading as real estate companies or practitioners.
According to him, in its quest to build trust with customers, Primus City Estate has launched a permanent office in Port Harcourt, demonstrating its commitment to transparency and accountability.



He informed that the company has properties in strategic locations within Rivers State, including Eneka Link Road, Rumuagholu, Igwuruta, Omagwa, and Akpajo in Eleme LGA of the State.
Primus City Estate Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company (LLC) by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration number: RC – 8558745 on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 to engage in Real Estate activities.
