The 10th Rivers State House of Assembly has felicitated with Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara on his 50th birthday anniversary.  

In a congratulatory message on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 signed by its Speaker, Victor Oko-Jumbo, and made available to Kristina Reports, the State Assembly congratulated the Governor on attaining the golden age of 50 years on earth.

Oko-Jumbo noted that the strident efforts of the Governor to entrench peace and progress in the State has not gone unnoticed, expressing optimism that this new chapter of his life will serve as a launchpad for realizing his dreams for the State.

Despite the political upheavals that have beleaguered the State sine October 2023, the Governor, with the tacit support of the State House of Assembly, has continued to make deft moves in delivering good governance and dividends of democracy in the State.
