Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko’s marriage faces crisis amid allegations of violence, substance abuse, and family feud.

The once-glamorous marriage between Nollywood actress Regina Daniels and Delta North senator Ned Nwoko has taken a troubling turn, following weeks of public accusations, emotional outbursts, and claims of violence and drug abuse.

In a viral video posted earlier this week, Regina tearfully spoke about her struggles in the marriage and vowed to fight for her children despite her husband’s alleged attempts to silence her.

“My family is actually in turmoil.”

“It’s crazy, it’s crazy, but we’ll definitely come out of this,”

she said in the emotional clip that has since trended online.

Regina went further to assert her independence, saying she would raise her children with or without Ned’s help.

“I’m going to fight for my children, Ned.”

” I tried to be calm. I tried to let go, but I’ll fight for them.”

‘I’ll take them. I’ll train them. I’ll raise them with or without your support,”

she declared.

The 25-year-old actress also accused her husband of disrespecting her mother, who had warned her before their 2019 marriage.

“Stop insulting my mum… she is the best thing that ever happened to me.”

‘She warned me. My brothers warned me.”

” Everybody warned me… I was going to kill myself if I didn’t marry Ned,”

Regina lamented in another video.

But in a swift response, Ned Nwoko, 64, denied allegations of domestic abuse and instead accused Regina of drug and alcohol addiction, violent behaviour, and property destruction.

In a statement released via his media team, the senator said:

“Regina was not always like this.”

“Her current battle with drug and alcohol abuse is the root of our problem.”

“I have other wives, and none will ever accuse me of violence.”

“Regina is the violent one here, slapping and hitting three staff in the past 48 hours and destroying property.”

The businessman and politician also claimed that he had offered to help his wife seek rehabilitation either in Abuja or abroad, but she allegedly refused.

Sources close to the couple revealed that tensions escalated when Regina reportedly bought her own house in Lagos and deleted photos of her husband from her social media accounts, actions interpreted by fans as signs of separation.

Family involvement has further complicated the crisis.

Regina’s siblings and mother have spoken out in her defence, accusing Ned of manipulation and abuse of power.

The actress also claimed that her family members were being “targeted” and “arrested” because of her decision to leave.

This public fallout stands in stark contrast to the love-filled messages the couple once shared.

Earlier this year, Regina had written in a post,

“10,000 women by your right, 20,000 by your left, and I will stand gidigba because what we share will remain the first in history.”

At the time, Ned Nwoko also dismissed rumours of infidelity, writing,

“Our love like ours, built on steel, doesn’t break, doesn’t kneel.”

However, their once-envied marriage has now become one of the most talked-about celebrity crises in Nigeria.

While neither has confirmed a formal separation or divorce, their words and actions suggest the union may be on the verge of collapse.

For now, the public watches closely as Regina Daniels and Ned Nwoko’s once-royal romance unfolds into a cautionary tale of fame, power, and love gone sour.
